(Held <br />concurrently with II-L) <br /> <br />Study land ownership and joint use easement opportunities for the conceptual route. This will <br />enable sound decisions to be made on the exact routing. <br />Mapping of Conceptual Routes with descriptions. Division of the route into feasible Project <br />Areas that relate to sub-districts and Municipalities. Determination of Conceptual types and user <br />groups relative to the chosen routes. <br />Preparation of Project Area descriptions and conceptual construction details. Present this data to <br />the subcommittee. This meeting will be held concurrently with III-F. <br />Prepare cost estimate of the approved routes. <br />Meet with Steering Committee to develop prioritization criteria and ranking of proposed Project <br />Areas (to be held concurrent with item HI-H ). <br />Documentation of Process and incorporate into the Livable Community Blueprint document. <br />Preparation of Final Bike/pedestrian Plan Documents <br />Develop conceptual standards and incorporate into the Livable Community Blueprint document. <br />Present final documents to the steering committee (coordinated with HI-N) <br /> <br />PUBLIC OPINION SURVEY <br />A. Attend and facilitate six (occurring on two consecutive days) Community Recreation/Special Interest <br /> Workshops for invited groups at various times and held at locations to be determined by the <br /> Steering Committee. These workshops will be conducted prior to the development of the <br /> Preliminary Master Plan. <br />B. Develop a user-friendly questionnaire suitable based on input form the Special Interest Workshops, <br /> for the needs of public recreation providers in the County. The questionnaire would address quality <br /> of life issues, recreation and leisure needs and interests, programs, schedules, availability of <br /> information, pedestrian/bikeways and alternate transportation, and demographics. <br />C. The questionnaires would be distributed randomly by U.S. mail using a Direct Mail service to <br /> distribute the forms. <br />D. The results of the study will be presented in detail and will be included in the recreation needs <br /> assessment report. The survey section of the plan will include a summary, methodology and <br /> detailed results and recommendations. These findings will also be incorporated back into the <br /> relevant sections of plan. <br /> <br />GENERAL CONDITIONS <br />A.
