(Use data fi.om program operation through December 31st <br />of current funding year.) <br />1) To provide the vehicle whereby at least 80% of the referred juvenile offenders are held accountable for their <br /> actions. <br /> 100% of referred juveniles are held accountable for damages resulting from their actions. <br />2) To provide a structure through which 85% of juvenile offenders will interact and contribute positively to their <br /> communities through interpersonal and work relationships. <br /> To date, 100% of referred juveniles have interacted and contributed positively. <br />3) To provide full or partial compensations, from the juveniles work and earnings to 8S% of the vicfim.~ of juvenile <br /> crime, as assessed by the Juvenile Court. <br /> To date, 93% of juveniles referred by Court have provided at least partial compensation. <br />4) To provide the means whereby 85% of the total restitution/community service debt incurred by referred juvenile <br /> offenders and ordered by the Court is earned or completed by the juveniles through responsible work activity. <br /> To date, objective has been met. <br /> 5) To provide the opportunity for 80% of the referred juvenile offender~ to successfully complete their <br /> restitution/community service in the time specified by the court, or within the term of their probation. <br /> To date, 93% of juveniles referred have completed program within the term of their probation. <br /> 6) To place 90% of juveniles referred at a worksite within three (2) weeks of receiving the referral. <br /> All juveniles have been referred to worksite within three weeks. <br /> <br />Describe how program will obtain and analyze data to determine' clients cOurt involvement 1 year <br />following temdnation fi.om the program. <br />One year following the termination of each juvenile, program will request court involvement information through juvenile <br />intake. In the event the juvenile has attained their 16th birthday, adult criminal records will be reviewed.
