As ~ ultimate design iayou~ has not been made due to the <br />uncertainty of the rezon~ng, Mr. Bigford is asking that up to 100 feet of the from oft. he <br />rear parcel be considered as fler, ible in terms of allowing the ~xed use development to <br />better blend with the uses of the front parcel ('PIN 5554-09-37t3). Further, that 100 feet <br />would only be where the two parcels are contiguous. <br /> <br />Therefore, depe~&n$ on final site plan design, any of the front uses (as approved through <br />the special use rezoning) may extend imo the back pare~l but not more thaa I O0 feet, <br />The balance of the parcel will be used for duplexes, townhouses, or multi-family uses <br />with the relatod accessory use~ and required ~zreening/buffeting.
