<br />In 1987, served as facilitator in the development of "The Strategic Transportation Plan"
<br />for the Florida Department of Transportation. This plan played a key role in obtaining
<br />new funds for Florida transportation.

<br />Facilitator for consensus building session on location of a new civic center in Gwinnett
<br />County, Georgia in 1986. The center opened in the consensus corridor in November
<br />1992.

<br />Led effort to move the jail location from riverfront of downtown Jacksonville in 1986-
<br />1987, including chairing chamber task force, locating a proposed buyer and working with
<br />numerous public and private interest to finalize new location.

<br />Present. Chairman 1986-1992. Land donated and infrastructure commitments
<br />secured for 275-acre Technology Park adjacent to the University of North Florida.
