B.) Reports. The following ,reports shall be submitted in association with the daily operation <br /> of the Heating Appliance Repair and Replacement Program. <br /> <br /> Section 1: Monthly Reports. The Contractor shall submit by the eighth (8th)day of <br />each month Monthly Program Progress Reports to the Grantee on Forms provided by the <br />Grantee. Failure to provide these reports when due will result in payment not being made for <br />that month. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Quarterly Reports. The Contractor shall submit by the tenth day following <br />each calendar quarter being reported on a Comprehensive Quarterly Report. <br /> <br /> Section 3: Interim Reports. The Grantee may at its discretion request interim reports <br />from the Contractor that may be prompted by unforeseen circumstances that may affect the <br />operation of the Program. Failure to submit reports, when due, may. result in the termination <br />of program funds. :'~ <br /> <br /> Section 4: Final Reports. The Contractor shall submit a final close-out report and <br />remit any unobtigated cash on hand within forty-five (45) days of contract termination on <br />forms provided by the Grantee. <br /> <br />Close-out reports for the HARRP Program component noted in Part I, section 4A, must include <br />a complete physical inventory of materials remaining on hand at contract termination, signed <br />and dated by the checker and-a, witness: ...... This~ inventory may'not~be'used"after"the .............. <br />termination of_this contract by-the Contractor-, but may be sold at cost to any subsequent <br />HARRP program, with the dollar value to be credited to this contract. <br /> <br /> The Contractor shall submit to the Grantee such revisions and updates of these final <br />reports as may be necessary from time to time as a result of program audits or reporting <br />errors. <br /> <br />09/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
