Box 707 <br />Concord, N.C. 28026-0707 <br /> <br />Subject: Central Park and Cabarrus Farms Subdivisions <br /> <br />Ms. Slack: <br /> <br />The Water and Sewer Authority of Cabarrus County (WSACC) has reviewed the above- <br />mentioned subdivision submittals and offers the following comments: <br /> <br />Central Park <br /> <br />Per the preliminary plat submittal, WSACC would presume that the City of Kannapolis <br />would provide the water/sewer utility services for this subdivision. Construction of these <br />utilities should be in accordance with the 'Standard Specifications for Wastewater <br />Collection and Water Distribution Construction for Cabarrus County', as provided by <br />WSACC. <br /> <br />Cabarrus Farms <br /> <br />WSACC is aware of the proposed construction of this developmeht and the associated <br />utilities. WSACC is presently working'with this developer (T.L.
