This proposal and the Scope of Work are based upon our <br />understanding of your project. <br /> <br />Per our meeting in Concord on September 29~', we understand that you wish to have LARC <br />prepare Architectural Schematic Design Drawings and provide Art Direction and Creative <br />Control for Cabarrus Cowaty E/hibition Park.
