As this <br />task is completed, there will be a meeting scheduled between the Owner and <br />LARC, and any and all changes to thc plans will be discussed al that time. <br />LARC is'iigreeable to a one-time modification incorporating changes by the <br />· Owner of ,.l~sentcd studies and designs arising from the meeting. Thereafter, <br />any additiOnal changes requested by thc Owner will result in additional <br />charges bY LARC at an hourly rate. <br /> <br />Task 2. Architectural 8cheraatic Design Drawines <br /> <br />Following'the Owner's approval of the architectural schematic desil~t studies, <br />LARC will prepare the final m'chitcctural schematic design documents <br />consis6n~g of double-line drawings, outline sp¢cificatlons, and other <br />documents. <br /> <br />Drawings !submitted during The architcttural schemaljc design phasc will <br />iuclude, !but not be. limited to, floor plans (Oimcnsioned and to scale), <br />el~vations~.'appropriate seclions, and desJ~onations ofi'mishes and materials for <br />each facility or suucture. <br /> <br />Element 11 ' Art Direction and Creative Control <br /> <br /> Task:' 1..: Des_i_gn Review and Coordination <br /> <br /> LARC will review and analyze each building plan and ~acadc submittal for <br /> design intent related to functionality, aesthetics, and theoieing, as apphcabl¢ <br /> to the overall concept. Should the design intent not be achieved, LARC will <br /> assess th~drawings for salvageability. All ~fforts will be made through ~red <br /> lining" drawings to minimize changes and utilize existing drawings. LARC <br /> will direct the architect, as necessm3~, to design intent revisions and assist the <br /> architect by providing sketches to re-concept and/or re-theme Ge buildings. <br /> Addilionally, LARC will confirm the final location and orientation of all <br /> buildings.' <br /> <br /> <br />
