A LARC r~resentaiive will <br />be on-site!periodically during the construction phase o£the project to ensure <br />that tlle, Crtiginal concept regarding design is provided by the vendors. <br /> <br />Task 3.'i '~. Art Direction/Creative Convrot!nspection <br />· v~iiiting and inspecting the project as often as the si~m~iflcant progress <br /> 0~.Work on the project requires or ~t special rcques~ by thc Owner. <br /> . In conjtmction with the architect, inspect the project for adhermu:e to <br /> tile quality model established in the programming phase. <br />· Reject any work on the project that does not conform to the creative <br /> design intent. <br />· Assist md work with Owner and architects regard!nfl interpretation of <br /> th~ workiu§ drawings as tltcy r¢Iate to thc Art Direction of the project. <br /> <br />Task 4. $i_~ and Cn:aphic Desi~ Package <br /> <br />· SLau Schedule - LARC will prepare a complete schedule (list of signs <br /> r~quired) along with the location of eacl~ sign shown on the Master <br /> Plar~ <br />· Si_tm Design Packltge - Once the sign schedule has been accepted, <br /> LARC will produce concept design drawings giving details and <br /> specifications for bidding and production of the, signs by a local sign <br /> company. LARC will also assist in the selection of a local si~n <br /> company to produce thc sigm, if requested by the Owner. <br /> <br />The OWner is responsible for actual sign producticn and installation costs. <br /> <br />P.3/S <br /> <br /> <br />
