CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Meeting Date: Agenda Item <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Appointment of At-Large Member to the Water and Sewer Authority of Cabarrus <br /> County Board of Directors <br /> <br />The Articles of Incorporation state that the County Commissioners make the "at-large" appointment <br />"with the advice of the other organizing political subdivisions." <br /> <br />On October 16, the Board agreed to notify each of the municipalities that the Board was <br />contemplating the appointment of Mike Quickel to fill the vacant position.
