Pleasant <br /> <br />RE: At-Large Position on the Water and Sewer Authority Board of Directors <br /> <br />The Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners discussed the appointment of Mike Quickel to fill <br />the vacant "at-large" position on the Water and Sewer Authority (WSACC) Board of Directors <br />during our meeting on October 16. As stated in the Articles of Incorporation for WCACC, the <br />County Commissioners are to make the at-large appointment "with the advice of the other <br />organizing political subdivisions." <br /> <br />After discussion of the appointment process, the Board unanimously voted to notify each of the <br />municipalities that the Board is contemplating the appointment of Mr. Quickel to fill the vacant <br />at-large position and to seek your advice concerning this appointmem. A copy of Mr. Quickel's <br />application for appointment is enclosed for your review. <br /> <br />We appreciate your input on this appointment.
