The <br />following is a schedule of what has taken place from the Zoning Division. <br /> <br />May 02, 2000 <br /> <br />Jay Lowe met with Mr. James Bealle of the NCDENR concerning <br />a compliant that the Developer Mr. Randy Wiggins was dumping <br />tiros, garbage, stumps, etc in an area that was located within the <br />Ospry Lake Subdivision. Having noticed a small amount of <br />debris On the property, Mr. Bealle required Mr. Wiggins to <br />uncover several areas on the property to see if additional materials <br />were buried <br /> <br />May 09, 2000 <br /> <br />Received letter from Michelle Ronacher concerning a filled in area <br />to the back of her lot that was adjacent to a dam on the property. <br /> <br />May 18, 2000 <br /> <br />Mr: Wiggins brought a backhoe to the sitei Two holes were dug ( <br />10 feet wide 12 feet deep) to see what was actually buffed on the <br />property. A tire, a couple of plastic bottles, plastic packing straps, <br />and two garbage bags were uncovered and removed from the <br />property. Mr. Bob Farris, Cabarms County Enviromental <br />Supervisor; Mr. Thomas Smith and Mr. Jay Lowe, Cabarrus <br />County Code Enforcement Officers were on site to wimess this <br />occasion. Mr. Bealle was also present and after seeing what was <br />in the uncovered areas instructed Mr. Wiggins to clean up the <br />uncovered debris and repair the area including planting grass to <br />stabilize the filled area. <br /> <br /> Office of Development Services <br />RO.
