His <br />flooding problem is out of our realm of the Ord~narme. The soil material <br />that had been added to the dam, is within the States jurisdiction. <br />Mack Nei!drk indicated that no work has been done to fix the problems <br />with the dam We told him that he may need to contact the State LQS to <br />which has jurisdiction over the a~rn, in' the State. <br />Inspection by this office revealed site in violation. During the inspection <br />Thomas Smith and myself met with Doug Miller, Land Quality Section <br />MRO, lames Bealle, Solid Waste Section IVIRO, also, present Mack <br />Ne'fldrk and other residents from the mbdivision. <br />ln.~pection by this office revealed site in violation. During the inspection <br />Thomas Smith and myself met with Dennis, seeding contractor for <br />Developer and discussed corrective actions. <br />Inspection by this office revealed site in compliance.
