Septic failures - monitored by the Health Alliance. <br />7. Septic leaching - monitored by the Health Alliance. <br />8. Flooding - this is regulated within identified flood hazard areas. If the flooding is a <br /> result of the improvement on the property, it is a civil matter between the affected <br /> parties. <br />9. Trash- unless there is an excessive mount of garbage or salvaged materials on the <br /> property it is not regulated in the Agriculture/Open Space zoning district. <br /> <br /> <br />
