This investigation was performed in response to complaints <br />made from the Osprey Lake Home Ovme2s. ILS., Environmental Heaith Spedalist <br /> <br />Robert Farris, ILS., Environmental Health Supervisor <br /> <br />D~x William E Pilkington, Cabarms County Health Director and CEO of' the Cabarms <br />Health.Alllance . · <br /> <br />FINDINGS <br /> <br />Fifteen lots were identified by the Osprey l,~lre Home Owners Association as being <br />environmental problem~. On site investigations Were performed on all fifteen lots and the <br />results are as follows: <br /> <br />Lots 2 and 5 - The complaint was "septic canister too exposed or too high above ground". <br />'The on site visits 'revealed that the "canisters" that were the basis for the comp!aJnt were in <br />fact "risers" located over the pnmp tanks.
