and the masonry contractor. Skiing walls are not required by the county and <br />therefore do not require an inspection. In fact, these skirting walls are not even in <br />place at thetime of the final inspection. When a porch or steps are eouneeted to these <br />walls it shouldmeet the code as far as step height. If there is a question about this on <br />a particular home, the homeowner can contact our office and we will check into for <br />them. However the end result will be that the homeowner will need to correct the <br />problem. <br />The questions concerning the lake are still unanswered. Mr. Wiggins has applied to <br />the State for a new classification. He has not gotten a response at this time. I have <br />called DEHNR concerning this matter, but the person responsible for our county is <br />out of the office. <br />The rest of the complaints on the list are not items that our office would have any <br />authority to respond to.
