Creating a more capable Help Desk could address many of these <br /> interruptions. <br /> · Cabarrus GIS analysts are in the top tier of typical GIS departments, comparable in <br /> skill requirements to an Analyst/Programmer with an additional specialization. For this <br /> reason we have evaluated them as Analyst/Programmers rather than standard GIS <br /> technicians. <br /> <br /> [] They are a distinct group and operate independently of both the Systems and the <br /> Applications areas. <br /> <br />Internet Impact <br /> · Web-based information access and presentation has been expanding rapidly and well <br /> received by users. Supporting it is nearly a full time job, and it is expected to continue <br /> to grow in the near future. <br /> <br /> <br />
