ELIGIBLE HOUSEHOLDS <br /> <br />Only low and very low income owner occupants with special needs can be assisted under <br />the Program. Homeowners who are at least 60 years old; <br />2. Handicapped or disabled members as defined on Page 6 of the Urgent Repair Program <br /> Administrator's Manual. <br /> <br />3 A single parent with at least one dependent child in residence; or <br />4. Five or more persons. <br />5. Income limits will be the same as those listed on Page 7 of the Urgent Repair Program <br /> Administrator's Manual as described in Section 2.4.5 - 2.5.7. <br /> <br />REPAIR STANDARDS <br /> <br />1. Program funds may be used to effect urgently needed repairs or modifications without <br /> regard to whether the dwelling unit shall meet any local, state or federal housing <br /> quality standards. However, all work done using Program funds must meet N.C.
