Cabarrus County shall provide rough grading services to new recreational facilities at <br /> the Church of God Children's Home cottage area. <br /> Cabarrus County shall provide professional assistance in the design of the <br /> recreational facilities at the Church of God Children's Home. <br />· Church of God Children's Home shall be permitted reasonable use of the Park <br /> (Fees/Charges waived) <br />· Church of God Children's Home will be given opportunity to review and approve the <br /> park concept plan and development schedule. <br />· Cabarrus County shall agree to provide necessary mechanical access to water for the <br /> Church of God Children's Home to use for its animals' drinking water. <br /> <br />On January 14, 1999, the Church of God Children's Home of North Carolina Board of <br />Directors formally approved the proposed lease agreement between Cabarrus County and <br />the Church of God Children's Home for the 44 acres.
