Cost and Price SAri, does not believe that it is appropriate to charge one set price upon the admission of each client. The problem with this method of pricing is that funds are being spent on clients who terminate early or drop out at various times during the course of treatment. In consideration for the performance of services described in previous pages, SAIL requests compensation at an hourly rate orS11.00 per client treatment hour. For billing purposes, a client treatment hour must equal a minimum of forty-five minutes of service provision. Assessments will be billed at the rate of $25.00 per assessment. Invoices submitted at the end of each month will detail the actual number of IOPT, ROPT, Continuing Care, and Aftercare hours as welt as the total number of assessments. SAIL agrees not to charge the partnership for canceled appointments or for failure by offenders to show, nor will SAIL charge a "Dropout" penalty for any offender who discontinues treatment prior to completing all clinical services specified in the individualized Offender treatment plans.
