Mobilization and Demobilization <br /> <br />The mobilization/demobilization includes the following items: <br /> <br />· Labor, travel and lodging for all ECOFLO employees <br />· Project management by Project Manager and Health & Safety Manager <br />· Trucks and forklift mobilization and usage <br />· Shipment of waste materials to ECOFLO's permitted facility in Greensboro, NC <br />· Materials for packaging and labeling <br />· Set up of materials and equipment the day before the event <br />· Usage of safety equipment, personal protective equipment, and spill prevention equipment <br />· Emergency response supplies and equipment <br />· Waste stream approval at treatment, disposal and recycling facilities <br />· Usage of miscellaneous equipment such as material handling, tables, carts, etc. <br />· Performance bond. <br /> <br />The mobilization/demobilization fee will be charged regardless of the amount of waste collected. <br />Additional overtime or mobilization of personnel will be absorbed by ECOFLO. A Project <br />Manager and Health & Safety Manager have been included in this proposal at no additional <br />charge. <br /> <br />Preparation <br /> <br />Set up will begin the day before the event between 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. A site-specific <br />safety and emergency response training class will be held between these times. At 6:30 a.m. <br />the day of the event, personnel will arrive at the site to complete the preparation. Equipment <br />and supplies will be unloaded at this time. ECOFLO will be ready to accept the first residents by <br />7:30 a.m. The Project Manager will direct the preparation activities in coordination with <br />appropriate County officials. <br /> <br />The following equipment and supplies' will be available at the collection site: <br /> <br />· Fire extinguishers <br />· First aid kits <br />· Eye washes <br />· Full face respirators <br />· Tyvek coveralls <br />· Safety gloves <br />· Shovels & brooms <br />· Safety glasses/goggles <br />· Oil Dry (absorbent) <br /> <br />· 85 gallon overpack drums <br />· 55 gallon steel drums <br />· 30 gallon fiber drums <br />· 9 gallon overpack drums <br />· 5 gallon pails <br />· Fiber containers of various sizes <br />· Sawdust <br />· Cubic yard containers <br />· Unknown testing kits <br /> <br />ECOFLO, INC. <br /> <br /> <br />
