Resolution No. 1999-02 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> RECOMMENDING A PARTIAL REALIGNMENT <br />OF THE CABARRUS/MECKLENBURG COUNTY LINE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners have considered a request <br />from Westbrook Highland Creek LLC to realign a portion of the Cabarrus/Mecklenburg <br />county line in the Highland Creek development; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The realignment will result individual components of the development <br />being entirely located in the County from which they are accessed; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners understand that this action <br />must also be considered by the Mecklenburg County Board of Commissioners. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Cabarrus County Board of <br />Commissioners recommend that the General Assembly of North Carolina approve this <br />county line realignment conditioned on a similar resolution of approval being adopted by <br />the Mecklenburg County Board of Commissioners. <br /> <br /> <br />
