F. Structure of Group Sessions: All treatment/education programs may be open- <br /> ended. However, a procedure shall be implemented to timely notify existing <br /> groups of thel>endin, g entry ora new.group member and to orient the new <br /> group member into the open-ended treatment group. <br />G. Time of Delivery of Treatment Sessions: IOPT and KOPT groups will be <br /> offered in the evening. Ail clients will be required to work cooperatively with <br /> the Provider to schedule individual sessions. This means that clients may have <br /> ~to adjust their schedules from time to time to accommodate the required <br /> individual sessions. <br />H. Clinical Supervision: The Provider shall also provide for clinical supervision <br /> of the counselin_g staff and substance abuse treatment component of the <br /> program. This will consist ora minimum of two hours of weekly on-site <br /> supervision, case reviews, consultations, and client evaluations. <br />I. Relapse Prevention: the Provider will make an outpatient "Relapse <br /> Prevention".pro_gram available for those clients who have been involved in the <br /> 'Provider's IOPT program. <br />J. Family Therapy: Families of clients are expected to be included in the client's <br /> clinical treatment regimen. Arrangements shall be made by the Provider to <br /> provide family treatment once a month for at least 1.5 hours in conjunction <br /> with all Phases of the client's treatment. <br />K. ARercare for Drug Treatment Graduates: The Provider agrees that graduates <br /> from all phases of the program will be given opportunity to continue to attend <br /> the aRercare sessions for up to oneyear at no cost to the County. <br />~L. Inpatient Services: The Provider shall assist the officers of the Court in <br /> assessing inpatient services as needed. <br />M. Psychological and Psychiatric Services: The Provider will refer clients with <br /> suspected.ps3,cholo, gical or.psychiatric issues to an appropriate provider and <br /> will communicate such suspected issues to the other appropriate individuals. <br /> N. Provider agrees to locate the office in a location, near the courthouse <br /> O. Urine screens will be obtained by D.C.C. on a random basis. <br /> <br />SECTION II: TERMS <br /> <br />The terms of this contract shall begin on April 1, 1999 and, unless sooner terminated by <br />mutual consent, shall exist and continue until midnight June 30, 2000; provided that <br />either party shall have the right to temfinate this contract as provided herein. <br /> <br />Page 3 of 8 <br /> <br /> <br />
