is inclusive of a $41,400 initial license fee required under the End User Software License <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />4. Phases of the Work. <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Phase One of the Project consists of the conversion of appraisal data <br />using the data located on the County's existing system. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />Phase Two of the Project consists of the conversion of the calculates <br />and computes used to determine the values of the real property <br />based upon the 1999 Schedule of Values approved by the Carbarus <br />County Board of County Commissioners. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Phase Three of the Project consists of the delivery and installation of <br />the hardware specified in Attachment A of this Agreement, the <br />installation of the appraisal software application indicated on <br />Attachment A of this Agreement, the loading and testing of the <br />information developed under Phase One and Phase Two of this <br />section and the training of the County personnel in the operation of <br />the System by the Contractor. <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />Phase Four of the Project consists of the conversion of tax collection <br />data using the data located on the County's existing system, the <br />installation of the tax collection application indicated on Attachment <br />A of this Agreement, the loading and testing of the information <br />developed within this conversion, and the training of the County <br />personnel in the operation of the System by the Contractor. <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />Phase Five of the Project consists of the conversion of tax listing data <br />including business personal property data located on the County's <br />existing machine, the installation of the tax listing software application <br />and business personal application indicated on Attachment A of this <br />Agreement, the loading and testing of the information developed <br />within this conversion, and the training of the County personnel in the <br />operation of the System by the Contractor. <br /> <br />(0 <br /> <br />Phase Six of the Project consists of the conversion of motor vehicle <br />data located on the County's existing machine, the installation of the <br />motor vehicle software application indicated on Attachment A of this <br />Agreement, including modifications to the situs and valuing process <br />to allow the user to input situs, value and body value on separate <br />quick-update screens, the loading and testing of the information <br />developed within this conversion, and the training of the County <br />personnel in the operation of the System by the Contractor. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
