Pursue acquisition and development of the School Board property located on Corban <br /> Avenue next to Lot 9. <br /> <br />II. Begin serious discussions with the City of Concord regarding the timing, costs and <br /> construction of a parking garage facility on Lots 1 and 2. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br /> Staff Parking (County and State Employees) <br />A. Increase the monthly parking fee for the Basement level assigned parking from <br /> $10/month (enacted 1990) to $15/month. (Controlled access) <br />B. Section off the garage level with an access control charging an entry fee via gated <br /> access to those using the lot. The public would pay the parking fee each time the lot <br /> is accessed without an hourly limit. Employees would be given a card access and <br /> charged $10/month to use the lot or pay the daily fee. Parking would be on a space <br /> available basis. <br />C. Reserve Lot 9 for County and State employees based on space available with a <br /> controlled access at a rate of $5.00/month. This lot would not be available to the <br /> public. <br />D. All reserved spaces in Lots 1, 2 and 10 would be made open to unlimited public use. <br /> <br /> Alternative Staff Parking (County and State Employees) <br />A. Increase the monthly parking fee for the basement level assigned parking from <br /> $1 O/month (enacted 1990) to $15/month (controlled access). <br />B. Open the garage level in the Government Center to public, employee parking on a <br /> space available basis without charge. <br />C. Remove reserved parking from Lots 1 and 2, open the "to be constructed" Lot 9 to <br /> general public and staff use without charge. <br />D. All reserved spaces in Lots 1, 2 and 10 would be made open to unlimited public use. <br /> <br /> <br />
