Evaluate cost estimates and life-cycle costs analysis of identified functional <br /> altemative~ and design options. <br /> <br />4. Identify potential cost saving alternatives. <br /> <br />Recommendation Phase <br /> <br />1. Prepare Value Engineering recommendations based on cost-effectiveness, quality, <br /> reliability, operation and maintenance, life-cycle analysis and overall benefit. <br /> <br />2. Identify any special requirements for implementation. <br /> <br />Report Phase <br /> <br />1. Prepare a report which summarizes the Value Engineering Review's findings. <br /> conclusions, recommendations, and cost estimates. <br /> <br />2. Meeting with the Client to present an oral report of the Value Engineering Review. <br /> <br /> CONSTRUCTABIL1TY REVIEW <br /> <br />A. Review and Evaluation Phase <br /> <br /> 1. Review and evaluate the drawings and specifications for clarity, consistency, and <br /> coordination including potential conflicts. <br /> <br /> 2.
