$ OPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Review and evaluate any construction constraints imposed by the sequence of <br />construction or availability of construction materials and labor. <br /> <br />Review and evaluate any construction constraints imposed by seasonal weather <br />conditions during anticipated time of construction. <br /> <br />Review and evaluate the drawings and specifications with regard to construction <br />feasibility considering such factors as project schedule, project interfaces, <br />coordination of prime contractors, season of performance, utility coordination, owner <br />furnished items, etc. <br /> <br />Review and evaluate the drawings and specifications to verify that any conflicts or <br />coordination with the previous site work activities, functions and work have been <br />identified and addressed. <br /> <br />7. Review and evaluate the project schedule for coordination of Prime Contractors. <br /> <br />Report Phase <br /> <br />Prepare a report that summarizes the Constructability Review's findings, <br />recommendations and conclusions. The report will include general comments, <br />drawing and specification review comments and other comments relative to the <br />bidding forms, general conditions, special conditions, etc. <br /> <br />2. Meet with the Client to present an oral report of the Constructability Review. <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br /> PRELIMINARY SCHEDULE DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />A. Preliminary Critical Path Method (CPM) <br /> <br /> 1. Develop a preliminary Critical Path Method (CPM) project schedule and construction <br /> schedule based on available information to ensure that the project is constmctable <br /> within the time frame set forth in the Contract Documents and as a basis for <br /> evaluation of the general multiple Prime Contractors. <br /> <br />GENERAL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES <br /> <br />A. Review and revise, as necessary, the Client's standard construction specifications and <br /> develop a standard contract proposal document. <br /> <br />H.R.
