328 <br /> <br />STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA ) <br />CABARRUS COUNTY ) <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1999-22 <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, General Statute 153A-176 sets forth authority for privately <br />negotiated exchanges of personal property between two governmental entities; <br />and <br /> WHEREAS, this Board desires to dispose of the following bqqF Radio <br />Equipment (See Exhibit "A" for complete listing) by donating the equipment to <br />the Cabarrus County Schools. <br /> NOW, ~7{EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of <br />Cabarrus County as follows: <br /> That in accordance with the provisions of General Statute 153A-176, <br />this Board authorizes the donation of the U~F Radio Equipment to the Cabarrus <br />County Schools. <br /> Adopted this 18th day of October 1999. <br /> <br />/s/ Arne L. Sale proceeds to be used in developing <br /> the new site.) <br /> <br /> (c) The Board should authorize the County staff to contract with <br /> Bullock Smith Partners of Fa~oxville (up to $29,000.00) for purposes of <br /> developin~ a 'master plan" for the property On Highway 49. <br /> <br /> <br />
