We have also discussed this matter with at least <br />one concerned resident of the County. <br /> <br /> In reviewing the Ordinance and after discussing the matter with both the Sheriff <br />and the resident, we are of the opinion that at least Section 46-2(b) should be revised to <br />more expressly identify the land area in which a firemm may not be discharged in the <br />County. In that this is an Ordinance with a criminal violation imposed, in order to be <br />enforceable, the language must be very clear and unambiguous.
