MOBILE HOME INSPECTION LIST <br /> <br />New mobile home set-up manual to be on kitchen cabinet. <br /> Plumbing <br />a. Do not glue black and white drain lines and fittings together. (use no-hub <br />bands) <br />b. Plumbing diagram on mobile home to be on kitchen cabinet with manual <br />from manufacturer. (new mobile homes only) <br />c. 4" clean out on sewer line before going under ground with 4" line on new <br />system. <br />d. Must have check valve and cut-off on the water line. <br />Tie Downs <br />Blocking <br />Electrical <br />Steps must be at both doors. Over (4) steps handrails on both sides of steps. 36" <br />or higher. Handrail .30": high. Steps shall be 3 toot wide or more. <br />Multi-wide homes - Inspections to be made where units connect floors, ceilings <br />and ends betbre covering.
