N ONE ACRE. <br /> <br />CABARRUS COUNTY SOIL EROSION AND SEDIMENTATION CONTROL <br />ORDINANCE AND SEDIIMISNTATION POLLUTION CONTROL ACT OF 1973 <br />REQ~S The Financial R~ponsible Party of thc land disturbing activity to install adequate sealimem <br />control measures on there property. Failure to take all reasonable measures (Section 6 (e), 15A <br />N.C.A.C.4B.0005) can result in fines up to five hundred dollars ($500.00) ~ day for this violation <br /> <br />The enclosed plan is to aid the Financial Responsible Party in complying with the Ordinance. <br /> <br />The plan shows a worse case scenario, with rain fall run-off, flowing in all directions; Therefore measures <br />will only need to be inslailed in the low points and/or low sides on the site. <br /> <br />Please note, land-disturbances greater than one acre must be approved by the Development Services <br />Department prior to starting activity. <br /> <br />Also note, a Certificate of Occupancy wSll not be issued if the tract of land is in violation of the Ordinance. <br />(However, a temporary Certificate of Occupancy may be issued if the person conducting the land- <br />disturbing activity, is making substantial progress toward complying) <br /> <br />Sediment control measures must remain in place until the ground cover is established to res~fin the soil <br />from acceleraled erosion. <br /> <br />BuildingPermi~'s <br /> <br />I, the Financial Responsible Party or undea~igned, have read and understand the requiremm~ts wilkin this plan and will <br />comply with The Cabarrus County Soil Erosion and Se~mantstion Control Ordinance and Sedimentalian Pollution <br />Control Act of 1973. <br />I also agree to inspect or cause the site to be ~ted on a 0ally basis to assm'e all ~rosian control measures are in <br />place and are ma/ntalned. Sttould the land disturb/rig activity cause or allow sediment or other undesirable materials to <br />be deposited upon public streets, I hereby agree to remove those materials within 24 hours. I understand a written <br />notice of violation will he d~livered to or posted upon the site, m,.d do h~eby acknowledge that such posting is my <br />notification of said violation and hereby waive further notice and agree that I am fully informed and have had complete <br />due process under the law. If representatives of Cubarru~ County or another governmental entity holding.jurisdiction <br />over the public str~ should Fred undesirable materials from my property on the public s~re~% and must r~nove those <br />materials because ofmy inaction, I do hereby ague to pay any fees or costs asso~iatext wiih the removtd of these <br />mater/als to that goyemmental entity and waive futlhar nolie~ and agree that I am fully informed and have h~ <br />complete ~_,e process under the law.
