Section 11: Honesty and Fidelity _Bonds. The Contractor shall maintain throughout the duration of this Contract a Honesty and Fidetit'/bond that protects the prcgram against theft, damages, or other abuses that may occur white this contract is in force. Such Honesty and Ficelity bonds should be at least 15% of the total funds awarded under this Contract.
