ATTACHMENT A: SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Woolpert Contact <br /> <br />Andrew R. Pack, RLA, ASLA <br />(704.525.6284) <br /> <br />Services <br /> <br />The Consultant will prepare additional topographic survey for use m preparing contract documents for <br />phase two of North Cabarms Park which includes the design of a new restroom building (up to 900 SF <br />gross), one picnic shelter (pre-engineered, 30'x30'), a new access park road, a gravel walking trail <br />system, accessible parking lot, water and sewer utilities, landscaping, and misc. erosion control and <br />earthwork. The amenities as noted above may vary depending upon the available Phase Two construction <br />budget. The anticipated construction budget is $ 474,480.00 <br /> <br />This work will be performed in five phases as described in Paragraphs 1.1 through 1.5. In addition <br />Paragraph 2.1 identifies the services associated with Additional Services. <br /> <br />Topographic Survey <br /> <br />Woolpert will perform additional topographic survey on thc approximate +/- 10-acre Phase Two site area <br />on Orphanage Road m Cabarrns County, North Carolina. The topo will be tied to the existing topography <br />survey (prepared by Woolpert) and w/Il be performed at a 100' grid interval on the including spot lg-ade <br />shots and invert elevations of the existing manholes for the proposed lateral sanitary sewer. The resulting <br />map will depict one (1) foot contour intervals and shall contain property line infomtion, utility <br />information, and topographical features and information.
