SALARY GRADE RECOMMENDATIONS. <br /> <br />Salary grade recommendations are made based on statistical analysis of the salary <br />survey data. In general, positions that were found to be 5% below the market, at <br />minimum salary values, were recommended for a grade increase. In cases where <br />absolute adherence to the aforementioned methodology was not used, a narrative <br />explanation is provided in the related section of this report. <br /> <br />Further recommendations are made for some positions that were not part of this report. <br />These are made based on internal equity and/or our knowledge of the labor market <br />conditions existing at this time. <br /> <br />3.
