CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Meeting Date IA - ~,o -9 ~ Agenda Item # <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Request for Intergovernmental Transfer of property <br /> <br />REQUESTED ACTION: Library Director Tom Dillard requests that 107 surplus chairs <br />and five accompanying chair carriers be transferred to the City of Concord Parks & <br />Recreation Department via intergovernmental transfer. The chairs were previously used <br />in the Concord library audifiorium and have been replaced. Twenty five of the chairs have <br />been transferred to County EMS.
