Award contract to Overcash-Demitt Architects, 227 West Trade Street, <br />Charlotte, North Carolina to perform architecture services for the relocation and <br />design of the Vehicle Maintenance Building. The contract amount is $17,500.00 <br /> <br />Award contract to DDB Architect, One Buffalo Avenue, Concord, North <br />Carolina to perform arehitecture services for the up-fitting of the existing <br />Public Health Building to allow for the relocation of the above mentioned <br />state offices.
