(4) <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Such additional access channels as may be specified in the <br />Franchise Agreement. <br /> <br />The Grantee shall make available Leased Access channels in accordance <br />with federal law and regulation. <br /> <br />(5) <br /> <br />If the Grantee offers a guide to subscribers, and is capable of providing <br />local program listings, and such listings are provided by the County in a <br />timely manner, the Grantee shall include information regarding the <br />programs offered on the access channels described above on the <br />subscriber guide. <br /> <br />(6) <br /> <br />The Grantee shall fully provide, at a minimum, services, facilities and <br />equipment for educational and government access, and the local <br />programming channel as indicated in the Franchise. <br /> <br /> B. Emergency Override. The Grantee shall, without charge, provide, <br />service and maintain public emergency transmission facilities to the County, as <br />described in the Franchise. <br /> <br /> 8.2 INSTALLATIONS, CONNECTIONS, AND OTHER GRANTEE <br />SERVICES. <br /> <br /> A. Standard In~allations. Standard installation shall consist of a service <br />not exceeding one hundred fifty (150) feet from a single point or pedestal attachment to <br />the customer's residence. Service in excess of one hundred fifty (150) feet and <br />concealed wiring shall be charged not to exceed additional installation costs before <br />installation begins. The desire of the Subscriber as to the point of entry into the <br />residence shall be observed whenever possible. Runs in building interiors shall be as <br />unobtrusive as possible. The Grantee shall use due care in the process of installation <br />and shall repair any damage to the subscriber's property caused by said installation. <br />Such restoration shall be commenced within no more than ten (10) days after the <br />damage is incurred and shall be completed as soon as possible thereafter. <br /> <br /> B. Antennae and Antennae Switches. The G~antee shall not, as a <br />condition to providing cable television service, require any subscriber or potential <br />subscriber, to remove any existing antennae structures for the receipt of over-the-air <br />television signals. The Grantee shall install, upon the request of the subscriber, an RF <br />or antennae switch where required for the provision of services provided by the <br />Grantee. <br /> <br /> D. Lockout Devices. The Grantee shall provide to new subscribers, <br />information concerning the availability of a lockout device for use by a subscriber and <br />shall provide annual notice of the availability of a lockout device to all subscribers. <br /> <br /> <br />
