STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA ) <br /> ) <br />CABARRUS COUNTY ) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, General Statute 160A, Article 12, set forth procedures and <br />requirements for cities in selling and disposing of property. Procedures include private <br />negotiation and sale, sale by sealed bids, auction, upset bids, and exchanges; and <br /> <br /> WHERAS, this board desires to dispose of a 1994 Ford VIN number <br />1FDLF47M4REA 15141; <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Commissioners of <br />Cabarrus County as follows: <br /> <br /> That in accordance with the provisions of General Statute 160A-267, this Board <br />authorizes the County Purchasing Agent to dispose of the 1994 Ford by advertisement <br />and sealed bid. <br /> <br />Adopted this 16th day of February, 1998. <br /> <br />SUE B.
