Clifton/County Manager <br /> <br />FROM: Mike Byrd/Planning Services <br /> <br />DATE: October 14, 1997 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Appeal of Cabarms County Planning and Zoning Commission decision <br /> by Westbrook Highland Creek, LLC <br /> <br />At the September meeting of the County Planning and Zoning Commission, the <br />Commission denied preliminary approval of the first portion of Highland Creek to be <br />developed in Cabarms County. The vote at the Commission meeting was 4-4. <br /> <br />Attached is a letter requesting this decision be reconsidered by the County <br />Commissioners. Also attached are minutes from the September Planning Commission <br />meeting, and the information on Highland Creek that was provided to the Planning <br />Commission for their September meeting. <br /> <br />I would appreciate you including this appeal on the agenda for the October <br />Commissioners meeting.
