As I indicated <br />to you, Highland Creek not only recognizes the problems facing the County con.bern!ng <br />adequate public facilities but also is willing to assist the County in any reasonable,way in <br />addressing these problems. <br /> <br /> [ am enclosing a first draft of a proposed memorandum of agreement betw..een the <br />County and Highland Creek which would, essentially, provide the following: <br /> <br />(i) <br /> <br />(ii) <br /> <br />An agreement by Highland Creek to advance funds to acquire! <br />property at the direction of the County and simultaneously to enterI <br />into an agreement with the County to transfer the property at a later: <br />date set by the County at the same price paid by Highland Creek' <br />together with interest at an agreed rate. There would be an agreed-: <br />upon outside date by which the County must purchase the property. <br /> <br />An agreement by the County to approve immediately the pending[ <br />submission under the County Subdivision Regulations affecting 68 <br />residential lots and a continuing agreement by the County to. <br />expeditiously process and approve all subsequent submissions whioh. <br />are in technical compliance with such Regulations.
