Based on comments and <br />questions by the Commission, this denial was based on the letter from Robert <br />KluLtz that was included in their packets indicating that the schools serving this <br />project are at or near capacity. <br /> <br />An appeal of this decision should be addressed to Susie Bonds, Clerk of the <br />Board of Commissioners, P.O. Box 707, Concord, N.C. 28026.
