NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC RELATIVE TO CABARRUS COUNTY'S <br />INTENT OF AWARDING A CONTRACT TO FIRST RESPONSE, INC. <br />FOR (1) AMBULANCE BY "PIGGYBACKING" A BID AWARDED <br />PREVIOUSLY BY CABARRUS COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA <br /> <br />Pursuant to Noah Carolina General Statute 143-129, notice is hereby given that at the <br />regular scheduled meeting in March, ][998, the Board of Commissioners of Cabarms <br />County will consider a request from the Emergency Medical Services Department to <br />"piggyback" an ambulance bid awarded by Cabarms County to First Response, Inc. on <br />October 20, 1997. <br /> <br />Written inquiries relative to the proposed intent should be directed to: Sherd Barnhardt, <br />Purchasing Agent, P. O. Box 707, Concord, Noah Carolina 28026-0707. Interested <br />citizens may also inquire by telephone at (704) 788-9884, Monday through Friday <br />between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., or personally inquire at the Purchasing <br />Agent's office which is located in the Finance Department on the second floor of the <br />Cabarrus County Governmental Center, 65 Church Street, SE, Concord, North Carolina. <br /> <br /> <br />
