One of the stipulations <br />is that the prices will either remain the same or benefit the governmental unit with <br />lower pricing. First Response, Inc. guaranteed in their bid to honor the price for a <br />typical ambulance specified by Cabarrus County for one year. <br /> <br />Has this been reviewed by the Budget Director?
