Planning and Zoning Commission Minutes <br />June 15, 1995 <br /> <br />Page <br /> <br />There being no further comments, Mr. Kiefer MOTIONED, seconded <br />by Mr. Ritchie to approve Petition C98-04(T). The vote was <br />unanimous. <br /> <br />Director's Report <br /> <br />Mr. Marshall said to the Board that the zoning text amendment on flexible setbacks <br />under customized development standards for medium density residential, the <br />Commissioners took suggestion number two which was to only relax those setbacks on <br />a.portion of development. We will be getting the exact language back to them at their <br />next monthly meeting which is on July 13, 1998. <br /> <br />The Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance amendment concerning fill within the lO0- <br />year flood plain they approve. <br /> <br />There being no further business, Mr. Kiefer MOTIONED, seconded by Mr. Drye to <br />adjourn the meeting.
