Rowan- <br />Cabarrus Community College and UNCC as provided for in the Time Warner Cable <br />Franchise Agreement. The advancement of technology in education and workforce preparedness <br />warrants approval of the proposal. This will provide Cabarrus County and Kannapolis City <br />Schools with the necessary infrastructure to prepare high school students for the future. It will <br />also provide more opportunities for expanded training connections between the community <br />college and locations county-wide at the high school sites.
