Caudlc, now or formerly, <br />(Deed Book 305, Page 164), and Joe Sims, now or ~"ormerly, (Deed Book 238, Page 50), and <br />being more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br /> BEGINNING at a set iron pin ill the line of the Board of Education, as noted above, (said <br />point being N. 17-20-55 W. 20.75 feet from an existing iron pin, the southwest corner of the <br />Board of Education); thence with the line of the Board of Education N. 17~20-55 W. 689.73 feet <br />to a set iron pin in the line of Caudle, as noted above; thence with the line of Caudle S. <br />63-02-17 W. 4.46 feet to an existing iron pin; thence with Caudle's line N. 16-31-08 W. 303.95 <br />feet to au existing iron pin in the center line of the right-of-way for Southern Railroad; thence <br />with the center line of the Southern Railroad right-of-way S. 46-10-23 W. 761.34 feet to an <br />existing iron pin in the line of Sims, as noted above; thence with the line of Sims the following <br />two (2) lines: (I) S. 35-56-55 E. 107.17 feet to an existing fence post; and (2) S. 49-38-55 E. <br />635. I0 feet to a set iron pin; thence a new lille of Delaney N. 61-53-06 E. 271.12 feet to the <br />point of BEGINNING, containing 10.353 acres, more or less, as platted and surveyed by James <br />E.
