<br />and Deed Book 859, Page 217), and the Cabarrus County Board of Education. now or formerly,
<br />(Deed Book 2290, Page 59), and being more particularly described as lbllows:

<br /> BEGINNING at an existing iron pin in tile center line of Stallings Road, a corner of
<br />Stallings, as noted above; thence with the line of Stallings N. 05-09-00 E. 899.48 feet to an
<br />existing iron pin itl the line of the Board of Education, as noted above; thence with the line of
<br />the Board of Education S. 74-16-45 W. 581.20 feet to att existing iron pitt, a corner of Delaney,

<br />Page 59, and other tracts, collectively known as the Harrisburg Elementary School Site.
<br />The seventy-five foot (75') right-of-way is to be used for tbe purposes of ingress, egress
<br />and regress to and from Stallings Road (SR 1161), and is more particularly described as

<br />59), said point being S. 74-16-45 W. 491.08 feet from an existing iron pin, a corner of

<br />point of BEGINNING S. 42-46-30 E. 111.73 feet to a point; thence a curve to the left
<br />bearing S. 19-03-20 E. with a chord length of 432.43 feet, a radius of 537.50 feet, and
