<br />lanes along Stallings Road for future conveyance to the North Carolina Department of
<br />Transportation, and being more particularly described as follows:

<br />iron pin; thence N. 85-52-20 W. 174.69 feet to an existing iron pin in the center line of
<br />Stallings Road, a corner of Peter M. Delaney (Deed Book 796, Page 260): thence with
<br />the line of Delaney N. 03-28-40 E. 30.00 feet to a set iron pin; thence a new line S.
<br />85-52-20 E. 20.22 feet to a set iron pin; thence a new line N. 88-25-22 E. 100.60 feet
<br />to a set iron pin; thence a new line S. 85-52-20 E. 54.71 feet to a set iron pin; thence
<br />a new line S. 85-20-10 E. 164.66 feet to a set iron pin; thence a new line S. 81-35-36
<br />E. 153.19 feet to a set iron pin; thence a new line S. 85-20-10 E. 31.16 feet to a set iron
<br />pin in the line of Stallings, as noted above; thence with tile line of Stallings S. 05-09-00
<br />E. 30.0t feet to the point of BEGINNING, containing 0.440 acres, more or less, as
<br />platted and surveyed by James E. Craddock, RLS, September 28, 1998, as revised on

<br /> In addition to the forgoing acceleration/deceleration lane, tile Grantor herein
<br />reserves two (2) ten-foot (10') by seventy-foot (70') sight triangles adjoining the above-
<br />described acceleration/deceleration lane and lying on each side of the seventy-five foot
<br />(75') right-of-way as described in reserve tract one above. Said triangles are referred
<br />to as Tracts 2E and 2F on that certain survey by James E. Craddock, RLS, dated'
<br />September 28, 1998, as revised on November 9, 1998.

<br />(4) The Grantor herein excepts and reserves the following sign easement, more
<br /> particularly described as follows:

<br /> BEGINNING at a set iron pin on the western side of the seventy-five foot (75')
<br />right-of-way described in reserve tract one above, said point being N. 04-39-50 E. 10.133
<br />feet from a set iron pin in the northern line of the aceeleration/deeeleration lane described
<br />above; thence a new line S. 86-32-01 W. 20.20 feet to a set iron pin; thence a new line
<br />N. 04-39-50 E. 27.86 feet to a set iron pin; thence a new line S. 85-20-10 E. 20.00 feet
<br />to a wet iron piu in the western boundary of the seventy-five foot (75') right-or-way;
<br />thence with the western edge of the seventy-five foot (75') right-of-way S. 04-39-50 W.
<br />25.00 feet to the point of BEGINNING, containing 0.012 acres, more or less, as platted
