8. It is understood by the County that the funds for the preservation and restoration of the <br /> <br />Old Cabarrus County Courthouse will necessarily be supplied by contributions from individuals, <br />firms, corporations, organizations, foundations and other agencies; that the acquisition of such <br />funds may not be constant but will be affected by prior commitments of the respective <br />contributors and that a temporary suspension of work shall not be used as a reason for <br /> <br />cancellation of this Lease. <br /> <br />9. The County shall be responsible for maintenance and incidental costs as outlined as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />Heating and Air Contract <br /> <br />Dover Elevator Maintenance <br /> <br />Security Contracts <br /> <br />Annual Contract Cleanup of Building <br /> <br />Vacuum Equipment <br /> <br />Oversee Public Use of Building <br /> <br />Total <br /> <br />$ 9O0 <br /> 1,000 <br /> 1,000 <br /> 1,300 <br /> 1,100 <br /> 1,200 <br /> $6,500 <br /> <br />This amount may be adjusted annually during the course of budget negotiations as necessary. <br /> <br />10. This Lease shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and <br /> <br />their respective successors and assigns. <br /> <br /> <br />
