telecommunications Towers and Antenna within the jurisdiction. <br />The provisions of this Ordinance are intended to protect the health, <br />safety and aesthetic concerns of the jurisdiction by minimizing the <br />adverse visual effects of Towers and Antenna through careful <br />design, siting and screening; by avoiding potential damage from <br /> <br />~ ~,w~ ~duUr~ to ~ojacenr properues tnrougl~ structural standards <br />and setback requirements; and by maximin, lng the use of existing <br />Towers, Structures or Buildings to accommodate new <br />telecommunications Antenna in the jurisdiction. Therefore, as a <br />matter of public policy it is hereby established that the Board of <br />Adjustment in its Review/Approval authority of WTS <br />Development shall give preference to WTS_Development in the <br />following order of preference: <br /> <br />Stealth Antenna <br />Antenna located on existing WTS facilities <br />Antenna attached to or mounted on an existing Building or <br />Structure. (Single or Co-Location provider) <br />Free-Standing WTS Development designed and constructed <br />with Co-Location capability. <br />Free-Standing WTS Development designed and constructed <br />for single-provider use. <br /> <br />The applicant for Board of Adjustment review of WTS Development shall <br />provide the Board of Adjustment with documentation giving the reasons why in <br />the opinion of the applicant it is not feasible or reasonable to require the <br />applicant to C~mply with WTS Development of a higher order of preference as <br />set forth in this Section, The Board of Adjustment in its review process shall not <br />approve a WTS Development application for a lower format preference unless in <br />the opinion of the Board of Adjustment it is not reasonable to expect the <br />applicant to meet a higher order of preference. In its review process the Board of <br />Adjustaient may require the applicant to furnish the Board of Adjustment with <br />additional documentation that the Board believes is necessary in order to form <br />its opinion on the matter. <br /> <br />WTS Development Types Permitted by Zoning District:. <br /> <br />All Zoning,Districts <br /> <br />Stealth Antenna associated with a pm'mitted use other than one <br />and two-family residences which do not exceed the height <br />limitations as follows unless excevted bv Chapter 6-13: <br /> <br /> <br />
